Order of the White Lotus

The purpose of OWL is to establish a Buddhist community at the Naval Academy which will provide social and religious enrichment for midshipmen. These goals will be accomplished through interaction among ourselves, the Brigade, the community and other similar college groups. We intend to better prepare midshipmen to be professional officers through exposure to Buddhist traditions.
