Biography

Jack Robert Binnsa native Oregonian, graduated from USNA in 1956, and served in the Navy until 1962. He was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Honduras September 26, 1980, and served in that position from October 10, 1980 to October 31, 1981.
