Biography

Frank D. White was born June 3rd, 1933 in Texarkana, Texas. He Graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute, and then attended Texas A&M for a year. Afterwards he attended USNA and graduated in 1956. He served in the Air Force as a Captain. After he left the Air Force, he was an executive in the Banking industry. In 1980 he was elected Governor of Arkansas. He died May 21st, 2003. He was 69 years old.
