Midshipmen and Staff Information (Names, contact information, personal information, and mailing addresses) Names of individuals are not releasable and are exempt from disclosure under 5 U.S.C. §552 (b)(2) and (b)(6).

Athletic Coaches Contracts and Pay Records
Most athletic coaches are employees of the Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA), which is a non-governmental entity. Their employee pay and benefit records, to include contracts, are not government records and are not subject to the FOIA.
