Laboratory for Leadership and Ethics

The Leadership Innovation Laboratory is the fusion center of thought and experimentation to determine how to strengthen, individualize, and accelerate leadership development. The focus is the cutting edge, innovative technologies that are just now entering the pedagogy of higher education, to impact a new generation of Midshipmen in how they learn, collaborate, and experience the core instruction that the Naval Academy (and beyond) has been providing since its founding. The key technologies investigated include Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language, Autonomy, and Virtual & Augmented Reality.
